The Bar Program
The rum selection at The Lobby is built to serve the cocktail menu, not the other way around. Every bottle earns its place — Jamaican pot still rums for the Cobra Kai, aged Barbados rum for depth, agricole for brightness, overproof for float work.
Falernum, orgeat, Fassionola, coconut cream — the modifiers are as intentional as the spirits. Fresh juice throughout. This is how tiki is supposed to be done.
